OCTOBER 2014, HIGH POINT, NC - "We like to have a little bit of fun with our market introductions now and then," said Jim LaBarge, CEO of Marge Carson. He was referring to two round accent tables with quite interesting bases. One of the bases forms a twig motif, which looks "very organic," and another base has webbed "flamingo feet." The table with the webbed feet motif "actually reminds me of an animated cartoon character and it looks like it is walking," said LaBarge.
Both of the tables will be shown at market in an antique brass or nickel-plated finish on the base, and have small round tops in a glass, stone or shell finish.
